Up, Up and Away!





Swarna:
Bye Bangkok...Oh wait...We will be back in two days...hehe...Taking up flights back and forth made us feel we were travelling for many days...Even the days slowed down so that we could cherish every moment.. Again a miracle from our awesome God..



Such friendly people...The WOMAN there ( Mika found it hard to accept that fact somehow 😏) was so friendly...She came and stood with us and send us off while we were waiting for taxi ...We felt God's favor surrounding us and it reflected from the people we met...


GypsySoul:
He came early to the hotel (I still think he is a man! 😅) to help us check out and was hanging out with us, taking our picture and waiting for our taxi. I was able to get a glimpse into his personal life while Papu went to buy us some breakfast snacks. Good natured person! He made the taxi come inside the courtyard closer to us and helped us load  the luggage.



Swarna:
It was drizzling still in the morning and I got some veg fritters again..They were frying a fresh batch but we got late so I grabbed what I could...Oh Why didn't I get more ... We might even visit talakia again just for these fritters...

Why, why, why didn't you get more, Papu!!! Makes me drool just thinking about that crunch and that sweet sauce 😋



Swarna:
We had our breakfast in the airport foodcourt...The place was so exciting to look at...Hollow chickens hanging around...


😋😋😝😛 Rice and Shine! 😛😝😋😋

Thai people were having rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner...hehe...my kinda ppl...I ordered minced chicken noodles which was made in a live counter.....It was amazing to watch and yummy to eat...They had magic cards ...We have to load money in it and use it in the shops and return the card to get remaining money...Great system...



GypsySoul:
When on vacation even breakfast should begin with dessert!

We even have friends in different countries giving weather updates for us!



Swarna:
The flight was packed but noone sat near us...Again a favor of God...We thought maybe Leonardo Dicaprio might have been a good option rather than an empty seat...😉

As everyone started settling down and they were preparing for take off -
GypsySoul: I hope no one comes in at the last minute to sit near us 😀
Swarna: Unless it is Leonardo DiCaprio! 😍
GypsySoul: In that case you should move to the window seat and let him sit in the middle 😋
Swarna: Mika, I said I will share street food with you, not share DiCaprio with you!!! 😛

As we neared cambodia,We saw water logging everywhere we saw...We thought maybe the place was flooded recently...But looks like it gets much rainfall and due to that the place was thriving and florishing...We noticed that after we landed...Everything in Cambodia was big...Coconuts to butterflies....The forests were thriving ...Definitely God has blessed this land..

Swarna: 
Heard Jacob Koshy songs and message during the flight and God filled me with so much Peace..
We landed in cambodia and Saw the cutest airport ..It looked like a palace...💓

Look at that blue sky! Thank you, Jesus!


The best things in life are the people you love, the places you’ve been, and the memories you’ve made along the way!

City of Angels Krung Thep Sep. 28th. Wednesday: GypsySoul:  It is monsoon season in Thailand. This year has been unusually wet throughout the world and the forecast for Bangkok was 80% rain every day. We were praying for good weather but also packed an umbrella and some ponchos. When we started walking towards River City Mall, I was looking for rain clouds. We knew God would take care but was also cautiously scanning the skies. The sun was shining! Praise God for a Glorious Morning! Swarna: Two minute walk from Talakkia Hotel was this River City Mall...Perfect Location for a Hotel...Hats off Mika for all your hard work and reserach on this...As we went there, a Get your guide Van was waiting on the mall entrance...Our Guide was a sweet Pattima Sarah and She was very friendly...She kept calling us INDIANS though...Took Printouts and IDs but there never asked for anything...Just a name was enough.... GypsySoul:  Pattima!!! She's probably younger than me! We boarded a comfortable...
